This Guest Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between FocusHub, LLC (“Host”) and the individual (“Guest”) who books and uses the FocusHub office space.

Acknowledgment
By signing below (or digitally agreeing), the Guest confirms:- They have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement.- They are over 18 and authorized to enter this agreement.

Booking & Access
Guest agrees to use the space only during the reserved time(s) booked via the official FocusHub platform. Any entry outside of the reserved time is considered unauthorized.

Permitted Use
The space is intended for office work, virtual meetings, interviews, or creative work. Guest shall not use the space for overnight stays, parties, illegal activities, or loud disturbances. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons unless otherwise approved.

Guest Responsibilities
Guest agrees to leave the space in clean and respectful condition. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if a valid complaint is received from the next guest. Guest will not remove or tamper with equipment, decor, furnishings, or fixtures.

Technology & Amenities
The room includes access to a desk, monitor(s), chair, Wi-Fi, and a mini fridge. Guest uses all technology, including HDMI cables, webcam, microphones, and power outlets at their own risk. FocusHub is not responsible for data loss, connectivity issues, or damage to guest devices.

Payments & Fees
Payment is due at the time of booking. Sales tax will be added based on local rates. Refunds for cancellations are only granted if requested at least 24 hours prior to the booking time.

Safety & Liability
Guest enters and uses the premises at their own risk. Host is not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of property during or after the booking. Security cameras may be active on the exterior for guest safety.

Code of Conduct
Guest agrees to behave respectfully and responsibly. Host may refuse future bookings for behavior violations.
