 What is FocusHub?

FocusHub is a flexible, on-demand workspace with private, themed offices — Waterfall, Forest, Zen, & Mountain— each designed to help you focus without distractions. Currently, there is one location in Springville, Utah with four themed offices available for reservations by the hour.

How do I book a space?

You can reserve a workspace directly through our website. Choose your office, select the date and time, and confirm your booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a unique door code for access.

How do I get access to the office?

After you complete your booking, you’ll receive an email confirming your reservation along with your personal access code.

  • Your access code will be active at the start of your reservation time

  • Simply enter the code on the door keypad to enter FocusHub. Then find your respective office.

If you have any trouble accessing the space or have questions before you arrive, just reply to any FocusHub email — we’re happy to help.

Do I need a subscription?

No, you can book by the hour, purchase a half or full day pass, or set up a subscription for regular use — perfect if you want guaranteed access or discounted pricing.

What’s included in each office?

Each space includes:

  • Keyless entry (smart lock)
  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • Adjustable sit/stand desk
  • Comfortable seating + Accent Chairs/Sofa
  • White noise control
  • 27″ Monitors
  • Webcam & microphone (for a small fee)

How much does it cost?

FocusHub offers flexible options depending on how often you need a private office.

Pay As You Go

  • Hourly: $25 per hour

  • Half Day: $60 (4 hours)

  • Full Day: $100 (8 hours)

Casual — $250/month

  • 20 hours per month

  • Book up to 21 days in advance

  • 1 free Guest Pass

Consistent — $450/month

  • 40 hours per month

  • Book up to 42 days in advance

  • 2 free Guest Passes

Performance — $700/month

  • 70 hours per month

  • Book up to 60 days in advance

All plans are designed for quiet, private, distraction-free work — without long-term leases.

What is a Guest Pass?

A Guest Pass gives someone 1 free hour of private office time at FocusHub.

You can send a Guest Pass to a friend or coworker by email. They’ll receive a credit they can use when booking an office.

If they book more than one hour, the Guest Pass is applied as a credit toward their booking.
For example, if they book a half-day office pass, $25 will be deducted from the total price.

Guest Passes are a great way to let someone try FocusHub with no commitment.

Can I bring other people?

Yes — up to 4 people total per booking. These spaces are ideal for solo work, small meetings, or video calls with a colleague or client.

Do my hours in my subscription rollover to the next month?

No, hours do not rollover to the next month. It is use it or lose it. No refunds are given if all hours are not used up. However, guest passes do last for 90 days before expiring. For example, if you have the Consistent subscription and receive 2 free guest passes each month, you could potentially provide use/gift 6 free guest passes in the third month.

Is there a cleaning fee?

A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if a FocusHub employee or a guest reports that the space was left dirty or damaged after your session. Guests receive one warning for their first complaint. Any complaints thereafter results in a $25 cleaning fee.

Is FocusHub open 24/7?

Yes, guests can reserve an office at any time throughout the day whether it’s a late night project, international time zone, or early morning productivity.

Can I take phone or video calls?

Yes! Each office is sound-controlled and equipped with white noise machine, Wi-Fi, and more — perfect for remote meetings or content creation.

Where is FocusHub located?

We are located in Springville, Utah — right next to Clyde Recreation Center, EoS Fitness, Smith’s, and multiple restaurants for maximum convenience.

Is it safe and private?

Yes. Each office is independent, and the entire commercial space is locked and monitored by security cameras.

Do I need to download anything?

Nope — everything you need, including access code and instructions, will be sent to you by text or email prior to your session.
